This is my entry for this weeks Papertake Weekly Sketch Challenge. I really love working off these sketches as it really helps the mojo get going! This is for my Cousins wife who has recently been in hospital. This is the sketch:-
This is my interpretation (which looks a bit wonky....but it's not in real life!):- 
I have used one of my trusty Penny Black clear sets for the little hedgie.....I seem to be a little hedgie orientated at the moment! I have used lilacs, I used to really dislike lilac as a colour but it is growing on me....! I have simply followed the sketch almost to the letter. I have used ribbon from my ribbon box (which Arthur my cat selected....actually he selected them all....in his mouth and down the stairs.....note to self....DO NOT LEAVE RIBBON BOX OPEN AND UNATTENDED!) I have finished it off with a rub on greeting and Doodlebug glitter hearts.
