Anyone for pavlova?

My apologies for a lack of card today but I really wanted to show you my (if I do say so myself) rather splendid pavlova that I made for my Dad for fathers day, I am very lucky to have the best Dad in the world ( I may be a little bias! LOL) and the occasion called for a splendid full fat high calorie dessert! So here it is......... Here is the side view where you can spy the lashings and lashings of strawberry's and cream...... Hope that has set your taste buds off on this Monday morning, I'm off to work in a mo so I will be back tomorrow with a crafty creation for you.

    OK Zoe - enough with the delicious food photos! LOL! I managed to put on a pound a day on my holiday - and am not allowed my shiny new laptop, (sealed in box in bedroom), until I get back to my goal. So I am stuggling away on my old creaking computer and am VERY HUNGRY!

    Honestly though - you are the most amazing cook - the pavlova looks fab and those chocolate cupcakes the other day had me licking the screen! LOL
